Account Purpose
This account is suitable for institutions, large organisations, businesses or companies that receive and make numerous financial transactions. The merchant account allows organisations, companies, and government agencies to make bulk payments, for example, salary payments by a single click of a button. Transactions in this account are executed a with three level approval process (initiator, approver and authoriser) to ensure that organisational transactions are secure.
Features of Wealthnet-Kakupay Merchant Account
The following are features of the Wealthnet-Kakupay Merchant Account:
  1. Receiving payment: The merchant account can easily be connected to your online store which makes it easy for customers to pay you by using KakuPay Smart Money.
  2. Checking balance: Specified users are able to check account balance.
  3. Transaction Statement: Customers can check, search and export daily, weekly, monthly or customized mini statement reports in the system.
  4. Sending transaction notifications to specific members of staff: In case you run a large business with numerous sales people located in different geographical areas, KakuPay smart money can be setup to send a transaction notification to a specific sales person for the customer he/she is dealing with. For example, if a customer is buying fuel from a fuel attendant or buying an item from a shop, the customer can enter the shop’s or fuel attendant’s reference number which is pre-set in the merchant account. The fuel attendant or shop keeper is notified whether the money has been deposited into the company’s merchant account or not. The notification does not show the account balance of the company’s merchant account and does not show transactions done by other shop keepers or fuel attendants. In other words, using KakaPay will eliminate the need for businesses to be transferring large volumes of cash to the bank by close of business.
  5. Sending sales commission to sales people: KakuPay can be configured to automatically send sales commission to your sales and marketing team’s KakuPay accounts on each sale they make.
